Services Provided

My role as a therapist is to assist individuals, couples, and families in identifying the root of their concerns and to assist them in creating positive change in order to reach their next level of growth. We are all confronted with challenges in life and with additional support from time to time, we can increase our sense of well being and better obtain our goals.

I provide a non-judgmental and safe space for clients to explore concerns related to loss/grief, life’s transitions, conflicted relationships, depression and/or anxiety, trauma, at-risk behaviors, ADHD, mood disorders, & addictions. I partner with my clients to address the issues that are most important to them. This process is met with patience, compassion, and hope.

My therapeutic approach is strength based, client-centered and stems from psychoanalytic (insight-oriented), cognitive behavioral, family systems, solution-focused, psycho-education, and mindfulness modalities.

Appointments are available evenings and on weekends. Sessions are typically 55 minutes long.
